Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC to 220 VAC, and they come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with closed, pressure, and open centers for the 5/3 action. Port sizes are offered in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
