Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
