Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing for operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, with the spool made of chemical nickel plated steel.
