Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is offered in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option having closed, pressure, and open center functionalities. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, with specific baseline pressures of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
