Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, and flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate within a vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features a chemical nickel plated steel construction.
