Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates measuring 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. The valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI baseline pilot pressure for actuating monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, these valves can operate in a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is chemically nickel-plated steel.
