Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders and components, accommodating all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC. Each convenient combo package includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with available actions being 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads, providing flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate effectively at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals allow for operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F, and the valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, with a spool made from chemical nickel plated steel.
