Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves support all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes feature 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate efficiently from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure and require 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves, while monostable valves necessitate 29 PSI of baseline pilot pressure to actuate. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. Constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, the body of the valve is complemented by a spool made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
