Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pilot pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation in temperatures between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is comprised of anodized and painted aluminum, with a spool made of chemical nickel plated steel.
