Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, while the body is composed of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
