Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and the valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. These valves operate from vacuum up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pilot pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR and enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
