Aignep USA's 01VA series pneumatic external solenoid pilot valves serve as a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These external pilot valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8 and 1/4 NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports and 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports. All valves operate within a vacuum to a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI baseline pilot pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
