Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are compatible with all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Featuring durable NBR seals, the valves can operate in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
