Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option providing closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI required for bistable valves and 29 PSI necessary to actuate monostable valves. Constructed with durable NBR seals, the valves function effectively within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications.
