Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed to provide high-quality control solutions for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available action types include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are capable of operating at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with required baseline pressures of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
