Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The range of actions includes 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes can be 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates for the valves are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals permit operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
