Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure; bistable valves require 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure, while monostable valves require 29 PSI. The seals are made of durable NBR and enable operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
