Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure required to actuate monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR and allow the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
