Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. They feature action options of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. The valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. They feature durable NBR seals, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
