Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes are offered in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8-inch ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4-inch ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2-inch ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
