Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, with offerings in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. These valves are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, allow for operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
