Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for high-quality control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Available in a range of voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC, these valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valve actions offered are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration available in closed, pressure, and open centers. They feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are rated for operation up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
