Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with options available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The valves feature actions of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 type offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are specified as 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at up to 145 PSI working pressure, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body features anodized and painted aluminum construction, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
