Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuation of monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
