Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 options offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are provided in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Designed for durability, the seals are made of NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F, while the valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
