Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available for these valves include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are offered in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure needed to actuate monostable valves. Seals made of durable NBR allow the valves to function between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
