Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. This series is offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and is available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves feature actions available as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with 5/3 options offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure to actuate monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing for operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
