Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are offered in all common voltages from 12 VDC up through 220 VAC and are available in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action options include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
