Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in a range of voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
