Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves function efficiently up to 145 PSI working pressure, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR material, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body of the valves is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
