Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up through 220 VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves to actuate. The seals are made of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
