Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC. The valves offer actions in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 type available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed of durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool features chemical nickel plated steel.
