Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The valves feature actions available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, providing operational capability between 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
