Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, with the spool constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
