Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves are available in combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, with a baseline pressure requirement of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals allow for operation in temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
