Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed to provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12 VDC to 220 VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Action configurations include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes available are 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate effectively up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is composed of chemical nickel plated steel.
