Aignep USA's 01VS Series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves function effectively at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, enabling operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
