Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 configuration offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made from durable NBR, allowing operation between 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
