Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available for all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series features multiple action configurations: 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves can operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The valves are fitted with durable NBR seals, allowing for operation in temperatures ranging between 14 - 140 degrees F. Constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, the body ensures durability, while the spool is made from chemically nickel-plated steel.
