Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
