Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12 VDC up to 220 VAC, with convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, the latter being offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
