Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for actuating monostable valves. The valves are equipped with durable NBR seals that enable operation within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
