Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, and the flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate up to 145 PSI working pressure, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure needed to actuate monostable valves. The seals, made of durable NBR, allow the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F, and the body is constructed of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
