Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC up to 220VAC and are included in convenient combo packages featuring the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, permitting operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
