Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are offered in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option having closed, pressure, and open center types. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum of 145 PSI working pressure, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR, which allows the valves to function within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is crafted from chemical nickel plated steel.
