Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves offer a reliable control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in all common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and are supplied in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a working pressure of up to 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are crafted from durable NBR, allowing operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
