Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. These valves are offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option having closed, pressure, and open center configurations. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, and flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The seals are constructed from durable NBR and allow the valves to operate in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
