Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with options available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. The valves offer action configurations of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with corresponding flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate up to a working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The valves feature durable NBR seals that allow operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, with the body made of anodized and painted aluminum and the spool constructed from chemical nickel-plated steel.
