Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, and is available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. Actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, the latter offered with closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, with 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 PSI of baseline pressure required for monostable valves. The seals are made of durable NBR, allowing the valves to operate within a temperature range of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body consists of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel plated steel.
