Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for controlling pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations with high-quality performance. These valves are available in all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC and are provided in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series features actions available as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes come in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, while flow rates reach 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. The valves can operate up to a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring a baseline pressure of 14.5 PSI for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. Durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F, and the body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, with a spool made of chemical nickel plated steel.
